Double Coriander Flank Steak

Sorry, I didn’t manage to get any pictures of the food from mom’s birthday party. But this is easier than falling off a log and very, very good.

2 lb. flank steak
3 tbsp red wine (I used Sangiovese)
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp ground coriander
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
black pepper to taste

Marinate the steak in the remaining ingredients for 6 hours. You could add garlic. Remove from marinade and grill over high heat, approximately 5 minutes per side, to reach desired doneness. Serve with “delicious green sauce” (also on this blog), which I guess would make it “triple coriander flank steak.”
